Who we are

Serene Dreams operates this website and sells limited clothing drops. For privacy questions, email hello@serenedreams.com.

Information you give us

If you join the notify list, we collect your email address. Joining is optional. Every message includes a way to leave the list, and you can also email us and ask to be removed.

If you buy a piece, checkout runs on Square. We receive what we need to fill the order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you provide one, the piece and size, and whether payment succeeded. Square processes the card. We do not store your full card number or card security code.

Information collected automatically

The company that hosts this site, Vercel, may record ordinary technical logs such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We use those logs to run and protect the site. We do not place advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics or ad trackers on these pages.

A session cookie is used only for the private owner sign-in. Shoppers are not given that cookie. Square may set its own cookies on the Square checkout page. That page is covered by Square’s privacy notice.

How we use information

We use personal information to take and fill orders, ship pieces, send the drop notes you asked for, reply to you, keep inventory accurate, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the shop, and only for that work. Square processes checkout and payments. Supabase stores notify emails and order records. Resend sends notification email. Vercel hosts the site and may process technical logs. The carrier that delivers an order receives the name and shipping address on that order.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect Serene Dreams, our customers, or the public. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep a notify email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep order records for as long as we need them to fill the order, resolve a problem with it, and meet tax and accounting duties. Hosting logs are kept for a limited time by our host.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some order records must be kept where the law requires it. Email hello@serenedreams.com. We will not treat you differently for asking.

California residents

If you live in California, you can request to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Email hello@serenedreams.com to use these rights. An authorized agent may submit a request for you. We verify a request in a way that matches how we know you, usually through the email on the order or the notify list.

Other regions

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a place with similar rules, you may also object to certain processing, ask us to restrict it, or ask for a portable copy of your information. You may complain to your local data protection authority. We process purchases because you asked us to complete them, notification email because you opted in, and site security because it is necessary to run the shop.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have, email hello@serenedreams.com and we will delete it.

Security

We rely on established payment, email, and database providers, and we limit who can see order and list data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Where the law requires more notice, we will give it.
